Public browsing of this website does not require a CopyX Capital account.

Functional preferences, such as your theme choice, may be stored in your browser so the site behaves consistently for you.

Partner attribution

If you arrive through a Partner's link, a first-party attribution identifier may be stored so the introducing Partner stays correctly credited while you browse.

Partner analytics show aggregated figures only. They do not expose raw visitor IP addresses, and no Partner can see another Partner's data.

Live Trade Alerts

Live Trade Alerts are off until you switch them on. Turning them on asks your browser for notification permission and creates a Web Push subscription, which CopyX Capital stores so that the alerts you asked for can be delivered to that browser.

That subscription record holds the push endpoint your browser's vendor issued, the encryption keys needed to deliver a message to it, and, where you arrived through a Partner's link, the same first-party attribution described above. It is used to send the notifications you requested and for nothing else. It is not advertising, it does not follow your browsing, and it is not used to build a profile of you.

Turning alerts off stops delivery straight away. The subscription is marked inactive rather than physically deleted, so that switching alerts back on later reuses the same record instead of leaving a new one behind each time. Nothing is sent to an inactive subscription.

If you enter an Initial amount so that a notification can show an estimate in money as well as a percentage, that amount is stored only on the device where you entered it and is never sent to CopyX Capital. The notification carries the verified percentage; your own device does the arithmetic.

24X access requests

If you request 24X access, CopyX Capital stores the details you enter so the request can be verified and processed: the email address you give, your TAG CU number, your CopyX IB Portal ID and, where you arrived through a Partner's link, the same first-party attribution described above.

No password is required. CopyX Capital does not ask for your Investor Password, your Master Password or any other broker password, and there is nowhere in a request for one to be stored.

Those details are used to verify and process the access you asked for, and to send you the outcome. Requests are checked by a person, so no timing is promised.

Feedback

Page feedback is anonymous by default. No name, phone number, login or email address is required to send it.

You may optionally provide an email address if you would like an acknowledgement, a clarification or an update about whether your feedback was reviewed or adopted.

If you provide that email address, your feedback is no longer anonymous to CopyX Capital. The address is used only in connection with that feedback. It is not shown to Partners, is not exposed through Partner analytics, and is not used for marketing or newsletters without your separate consent.

You may optionally attach a screenshot. It is never required, and feedback you have already sent is kept whether or not an attachment succeeds.

An attached screenshot is stored privately. It has no public address, and the only way to open one is through the protected CopyX Capital administration area.

Before it is uploaded, your browser re-encodes a supported image — PNG, JPEG or WebP — by redrawing its pixels. Information that a camera or phone can embed in an image file, such as location coordinates, capture time or a device identifier, is not carried into the stored copy, because only the picture itself is reproduced.

The feedback record itself does not store your IP address or a unique browser fingerprint.

Support and infrastructure

If you email support directly, that message naturally contains whatever information you choose to include.

Security and infrastructure providers can process technical request information, such as connection data, in order to serve and protect the site. That is separate from the feedback record.

What CopyX Capital does not do
